Shuttle to & from Hotel and Venue (School Bus!)

Arrival: A shuttle will be picking up at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Rock Hill at 2:45pm to take guests to the venue in time for the pre-ceremony cocktail. Even if you are not staying at the hotel, feel free to take advantage of the shuttle as you can park in the hotel's parking lot Departure: Two shuttles will be running in the evening from the venue back to the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Departure times are 9:15pm and 11:15pm We're throwing it back to the school bus days so look out for a yellow bus to transport you!

Charlotte Douglas Airport (CLT)

We recommend flying into CLT and renting a car to get around the area

House Or Rental

Airbnb House or Rental

If you're interested in getting an Airbnb, we'd suggest staying in Rock Hill, SC or Fort Mill, SC as both places have plenty of restaurants & bars in their small downtowns. Our hotel block is located in Rock Hill so you may want to be near there for transportation reasons. Of course, Charlotte is a great city to explore so if you're looking for an even more happening & city experience, stay there! FYI, downtown Charlotte is ~1 hour away from the venue, so please take that into consideration when you book. Our wedding will take place in Lancaster, SC. There are fewer rental options very close to the venue but feel free to explore Airbnb or VRBO, you may find a nearby gem!
