Are Children Allowed?

Answer

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus will be available to take you from the hotel to the venue & then back to the hotel after the wedding is over, where the after party is being held.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Parking is available on site at the venue & at the after party location. Ride share services, like Uber & Lyft, are also easily accessible.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside & the reception / cocktail hour will be held both indoors & outdoors.

Answer

What should I do if I missed making a reservation with the hotel block?

Answer

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on your invitation.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash or a credit card along if you plan to attend the after-party, as drinks after the reception will not be covered.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5pm. Please plan to arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the wedding, as no one will be allowed to enter the ceremony space once the ceremony has begun.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are excited for our friends & family to dress up with us, & look & feel their best! With that being said, please be mindful & do not wear white to the wedding. We are requesting Cocktail Attire - ladies should wear mid to floor length dresses; gentlemen should wear a suit. FYI - bridesmaids will be wearing sky blue
