Hotel
Located in La Punta. We live nextdoor to this hotel and love coming to the restaurant! The design & architecture are beautiful. It's about a 15 minute drive from the wedding venue (transportation will be provided from La Punta). La Punta is one of the more happening areas, but this is a quiet part and the hotel itself is very quiet.
Hotel
In La Punta. Another neighbor! Our friend Mario is the manager of Casa TO (pronounced "toe") and he has exceptional taste so... enjoy
Hotel
A casual and lovely spot. It happens to be our favorite for breakfast (recommend huevos al comal). Located in a happening part of town (La Punta), but off the beaten path. The hotel centers around a nice, small shared pool and is easily walkable to cafes, restaurants, bars, the beach, yoga and exercise classes, etc.
Hotel
Highly recommend for those who want to be ON the beach and in a luxury setting. We love coming here for happy hour (which is everyday 5-7pm)! Located in Los Tamarindos, which is where we'd like to live :) it's beautiful and less crowded than La Punta or Zicatela (centrally located between the two).
Hotel
For those who want a more traditional Mexican option, this is it! Hotel Santa Fe is the original Zicatela hotel. Colonial architecture meets modern day Mexican beach town. It's on the beach in bustling Zicatela. Please note this is where the nightlife is, so we can't promise it's quiet.
Hotel
A very famous luxury beach resort. We've never been, but it's well known around here as the creme de la creme. Please know it's adults only and outside of town, so if you're going to stay here, you'd likely want to just enjoy the resort vs plan to explore town much.
Hotel
An eco-lodge and unique "earth construction," located in a quiet part of La Punta. They have a beautiful natural pool. Their on-site studio (La Hojita) offers yoga, breathwork, dance, temezcal, painting workshops, etc for guests & non-guests. This is more of a crunchy option :) we had our second date at one of the La Hojita events!
Hotel
We mostly know this place for their palapa yoga classes (which they've since moved to another studio), but it's a great, affordable option in a quiet part of La Punta. With a pool and a garden, it's actually much nicer than the website makes it look!
Hotel
A very nice, basic option right in La Punta! It's clean and tasteful, with a nice pool and bar. Home to Suave Studio, a great little yoga and pilates studio as well.
Hotel
Our wedding planner owns Casa Borka, located in a quiet part of La Punta! She will get you a great rate :)
Hotel
Apartments in Zicatela, owned by Lucy's yoga teacher from her training (the original pull to Puerto Escondido). I lived here for a little while and it's great!
