The dress code for this wedding is semi-casual. We want our guests to feel comfortable and ready to celebrate and have fun! Also, be prepared as the weather may be warm around the early evening. The bride and the groom would love for guests to choose color choices of either dusty blue or sage green to be part of the festivities.

The heat carries over from the summer being around the 80s to triple digits. We get a dry heat in the East Bay. In the evening, it can become mild heat around the 70s and 80s.
The parking lot is small. You could park along Amador Street (behind the venue). Also, you can park along Laguna Street which is perpendicular to Galindo Street. The side streets along Laguna are residential but a manageable walk away from the venue.
Yes, if you live in or around Concord, you can take the number 20 County Connection Bus to the venue. If you are traveling from far away, the Concord BART station is 5 minutes away from the venue. We would recommend doing a rideshare from the BART station when you arrive.
If you come for the ceremony, it starts at 4:00 PM. We want to make sure to start on time, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.
YES! We want to make this a fun day for everyone to enjoy. This is an inclusive event for adults and families.
Yes, we encourage sharing our joys and celebration on your social media page. We will also offer cards that have QR codes that you can share with the bride and groom as well.
The address for the venue is 1721 Amador Ave, Concord, CA 94520. The ceremony and reception are at the same place. There ceremony will be outdoor in the front lawn area. The cocktail hour will take place after the ceremony under the pine trees in the lawn area. The reception will be inside the Masonic temple.
While guests enjoy a self-serve cocktail hour, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about 45 minutes. at 5:30 P.M., guests can start making their way towards the food truck that will provide a taco dinner.
Absolutely! We want to make sure all guests are comfortable and able to join us for this special day. Please let the bride and groom know by August 23, 2024 to let the caterer know in advance.
