Black Tie Optional. What does that mean exactly? This indicates that attire can be something slightly less formal than black tie and guests have more options! Meaning a tuxedo isn't required but could still be appropriate or another nice suit is acceptable as well. If you prefer to wear a dress there are several options! You could wear floor length dress , mid-length dress , or a fancy cocktail dress. A tailored jumpsuit would also work.
We have a block booked at the Kutztown Hampton Inn & Suites for the weekend of the wedding. Please see the "Travel" tab for further information. Please note that the hotel block closes on 10/05/22. If you have trouble making a reservation please let the bride or groom know!
Yes, there will be shuttles available for guests prior to the ceremony and at the end of the reception between the Hampton Inn and Folino Estate Winery. Two passenger buses will leave the Hampton Inn at 3:35 to bring guests to the wine tasting at the venue prior to the ceremony. There will be buses returning to the hotel at 10:15 and 10:30 following the reception.
Nightcaps and snacks will be in the hotel conference room following the reception
Currently, neither the State of Pennsylvania, nor Folino Estate have mask mandates in place. All guests are welcome to decide if they want to wear a mask or not depending on their individual comfort and health. The couple is asking that all guests be up to date on their vaccinations to foster a safe and worry free environment on their big day (Remember that Nikki is a public health official!). If you are unable to be vaccinated, please test yourself for COVID within three days of November 5th, 2022. This section may be updated to reflect new policies of either the state or venue as the wedding day approaches.
Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one or additional family members, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!
