Ian and Bailey went to high school together where he was a senior while she was a freshman. Because of the age difference they didn't really interact much. Then time went on and now Bailey's in nursing school and Ian is working for KCFD. At this point in Bailey's nursing school career they had to start deciding which area of nursing they wanted to pursue and apply for. She knew she wanted the ER but was not sure which hospital, so Bailey messaged Ian and asked which ER's he has had good experiences with, while working with KCFD. After that it was a wrap. 4 years, 2 fur babies, a house, and plenty of traveling in between, they can't imagine a day without each other. Ian and Bailey are ready to commit the rest of their lives to loving each other more and more every day.
