We’re getting married!!!

One day, the summer before they started their freshman year of high school, Brandon and Katie were spending the week at their camps. Katie was sitting on her front porch with her sister, Kelly, and a couple friends when they noticed a couple boys one road down haveing difficulties with a golf cart. Katie was nervous to go talk to them, but the other girls convinced her it would be fun to make some new friends! So the four of them walked through the field and asked they boys if there was anything we could do to help them. Katie’s friend, Caitlin, recognized one of the boys, Brandon, because they went to the same middle school before she moved and went to Katie’s school. The girls helped the boys push the golf cart to their grams house, and then spent the rest of the summer hanging out with them! When it came time for school to start, Katie and Brandon realized that even though the went to different middle schools, they would now be going to the same high school! They each already had their own group of friends, but their friendship began to grow even more! After freshman year, Katie moved to her camp. Since they didn’t see each other much anymore, they grew apart but still remained friends. Once they graduated high school, they went their seperate ways until graduating college and trade school when they both moved back home in 2014. They spent the summer of 2014 reconnecting and building their friendship once again. Somewhere their friendship turned into a relationship and they got an apartment in Pittsburgh together in October 2015. July 2016 they moved into the house Katie grew up in and spent a couple more years in the city before realizing the country life was more their style. Brandon proposed to Katie on the Norwegian Epic February 20, 2019. And the next month they purchased their first home in the very same camp where their story began!
