Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

All of our wedding events are within a 1 mile radius and the town of Hudson is very walkable. Ubers are available in Hudson but shouldn't be relied on late at night. We will have a shuttle on Saturday to pick you up and take you back to your hotels. If you aren't staying on / around Warren Street plan to hike or explore other towns in the Hudson Valley, it would make sense to rent a car. Otherwise, we don't think it's necessary! Let us know if you need a gut check ;)

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is Black Tie Optional. If men own tuxes, please feel free to wear but not obligated to rent if you don't. Most importantly we want everyone to be comfortable on the dance floor!

Can my kids come?

Answer

Our wedding is child free! We understand you might be traveling with your little ones and are happy to connect you with vetted nannies in the area from our planner. Please email Sandra at hvceremonies@gmail.com and mention our names. Nannies are $30 per hour with a six hour minimum.  The number of children each nanny cares for depends on the age of the children.  The younger the children, the fewer they can watch at one time.

How am I getting to the wedding?

Answer

Shuttles will run continuously from 4:15pm till 4:45pm from The Wick, WM Farmer, and Warren Street stopping at the corners of 7th, 5th, 3rd and 1st St. Shuttles will be available to take you back to your accommodations from 10PM until 2AM

Yes, parking is available at the venue.
