With the ceremony being at the manor house and the reception being in the ballroom, guests have two options. They can park at the manor house and then once the ceremony is over drive over to the ballroom and repark or they may park by the ballroom and walk over to the manor house. There will be staff with golf carts to help shuttle people that need assistance or that are handicap. Please see the picture of the over view map in the gallery tab on the website.
Our ceremony starts at 4:30pm, however it is recommended guest show up no later than 4:15pm to allow time to park and walk down to the water behind the manor house where our ceremony will be held.
An unplugged ceremony means no phones out during our ceremony. The bride and groom ask that guests have their phones away for the ceremony and refrain from taking pictures during this time. They have hired a photographer to take all the ceremony photos and would hate to have guests phones in the way while these pictures are being taken. Once the photographer releases the photos the bride and groom will be sure to get them out to all of their friends and family. There will also be plenty of time during the reception to take pictures with the bride and groom.
With the wedding taking place at a winery, there are strict rules on candles, sparklers and smoking. There will be a small area away from the outside patio designated for smoking for any guests that may need it. Please do not smoke inside or directly outside the venue on the patio area.
