Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP online you will know because you will be required to enter your dates name. If you're coming solo, just press not attending and ENTER N/A for first and last names.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know in advance so the chef can accomodate you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we'd love to celebrate and boogie with the kids, this will be an adult wedding and reception. We hope you understand.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at Rosewood ( ceremony and reception at same location) and overnight parking is allowed.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have booked a shuttle service to and from the hotel and wedding location. The shuttle runs from 2:30 to 4pm. Please be early. You may leave your car overnight at Rosewood and take the shuttle at the end of the night. The shuttle at the end of the night runs from 9pm to 1130pm and drops us at Baymont Inn.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

Guests staying at the hotel will be able to check-in at 3PM (call day of to see if you can check in earlier!) or opt to check in after the wedding with their late check-in anytime until 2AM. The ceremony will be at 4PM, please be there at 330 to allow for seating, followed by cocktail hour. A stationed dinner at 530PM will be served and the evening continue at Rosewood with dancing and drinks! See "Schedule Tab"

Do I need to select my Entree?

We chose to have a stationed dinner which means you will have plenty of options! There will be meat carving stations, made to order pasta bar and side stations.
