There are no direct flights into Lake Como, however, you can fly into Milan. Best airport would be Milan’s Malpensa airport. You can reach Lake Como directly from the airport by taking the TILO train which will take you to Como S. Giovanni station. Travel time from Milan to Como is about an hour and a half. Once at the station you can take a taxi or rent a car to get to your hotel accommodations.
Transportation available once in Lake Como is going to be ferries, buses, and taxis. It is important to plan ahead for some of these options, especially taxis as they aren't too common and can be expensive. You can also rent a car if you want.
The ceremony and dinner will be held outdoors (weather permitting), with the dancing taking place indoors.
The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and enjoy your welcome drink!
