Can I book outside of the room block?

Answer

Please don’t book a room outside of the room block. You won't be able to attend the wedding festivities if the reservation is made outside the group rate or through a third parties. NO EXCEPTONS.

Do guests have to stay at the same resort?

Answer

Yes, we will be staying at Dreams/Secrets Bahia Mita Surf and Spa Resort- All Inclusive, located in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico where the wedding events will take place, and wedding guests are required to stay on the property to attend wedding events. We have secured a discounted room block with a limited quantity of rooms, and all you need to do is reserve yours through this website. Please don't reserve your room outside this group block.

What is included?

Answer

Accommodations as selected, all meals, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, daily and nightly activity program, live music and shows, fitness center, hotel amenities, taxes (except for the local eco tax) and gratuities included.

What travel document will I need?

Answer

You’ll need a valid passport in order to travel to Mexico. NO EXCEPTIONS (including children). Your passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 month after your travel dates or you may be denied boarding or entry upon arrival.

How long does it take for the travel advisor to respond to my emails/inquiries?

Answer

For the email inquiries, please allow 2-5 business days for response. Emails are answered in the order in which they are received, on a first come first serve basis. Please refrain from sending multiple emails during the response time frame. This will delay the response time. We recommend summarizing all your questions in one email and kindly wait for a response.

Can I text my travel advisor?

Answer

No, team member phone numbers listed don’t accept text messages. Please refrain from texting your travel advisor. Kindly refer to your travel advisor's office hours and contact policy.

If I have a quick question, can I call my travel advisor?

Answer

Yes, but we highly recommend contacting your travel advisor first via email or contact form. That way we can respond quicker and accurately. If you call, your travel advisor may not have all pertinent information to assist you accordingly and may need additional time to confirm info before responding. Our Travel Advisor don’t take reservation requests over the phone. All reservations requests must be submitted in writing.

What is the maximum occupancy per room?

Answer

Most all-inclusive hotels, in Mexico, have maximum occupancy limits. Usually it’s 2 adults and 2 children (3-12 years old) or 3 adults and 1 child.

Can I select one room for 2 adults and 3 children?

Answer

Most all-inclusive hotels, in Mexico, will only allow maximum occupancy of 4 people per room. Therefore, you might need to reserve two rooms with one adult in each room or a Family Suite.
