Where is the venue?
Answer
Our venue is located at 9199 Chillicothe Road, Kirtland, Ohio 44094. Please note our venue has two locations and our wedding is to be held at the Kirtland location.

What’s the parking situation?
Answer
Yes! Our wedding venue has plenty of on site parking, cars may be left overnight but must be picked up by 9am the next morning.
Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. We have to have our final guest count to our venue in a timely manner, if you do not RSVP by this date you will unfortunately be removed from the guest list and very missed during our wedding.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive between 3:00 and 3:30 to allow plenty of time before the ceremony begins

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception will all be held at Tall Oaks Resort.
Question
What should I wear?
Answer
We encourage our guests to look their best! Our wedding is semi-formal attire with ladies in dresses and men in dress shirts and slacks. Please refrain from wearing white, shades of white, jeans or sneakers. Our ceremony will be on grass so ladies please choose appropriate footwear. Keep in mind October weather can be on the cooler side, dress accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Although we would love to accommodate everyone, only those with a plus one on their invitation may bring an additional guest.

Are children welcome at the wedding?
Answer
We love your little ones however our wedding is 21+ excluding those in the bridal party. Thank you so much for understanding!

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We'll have a charcuterie board with assorted fruits and small bites for cocktail hour. Dinner will be a buffet style BBQ dinner. If you have any dietary restrictions please let the bride or groom know so we can have another delicious dining option prepared for you!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception. Don't forget to tip your bartenders!

Can I take/post photos?
Answer
We ask that during the ceremony that all guests place their phones on silent and be in the moment with us. Our photographer will do an amazing job capturing the ceremony. Following the ceremony, pictures are encouraged during cocktail hour and the reception! We will have disposable cameras on every table for guests to snap lots of photos and memories.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting) with our dinner and reception to follow indoors.
