Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire wedding and reception will take place outdoors.

Will there be a full meal served at the reception or just hors d’oeuvres?

Answer

There will be a full dinner served and no hors d’oeuvres.

What is the the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

The venue has ample parking onsite. They are accustomed to hosting events with 500 guests or more. A golf cart shuttle will be available for any elderly or handicapped guests who require assistance from their car.

Will the wedding and reception be in the same place?

Answer

Yes, both the wedding ceremony and reception following will take place in the Longbridge area of the wedding venue, which is on the left side as you are walking in.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

To get an accurate headcount for catering and rentals, we ask that guests please RSVP no later than October 15th.
