Sips & Sunsets

4:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Attire: Anything Goes (vacation casual, beachwear attire, swimsuits and cover ups, etc.).

Meet us on the rooftop for drinks and light bites! We know everyone will be arriving at different times, so come as you are, grab a cocktail and pick up your welcome bag. We'll also have Shabbat candle lighting for those who’d like to join. Getting There: Complimentary golf carts are available from the Fairmont lobby, or you can ride one of the resort’s bicycles. For those that do not drive on Shabbat, you can take bikes back or walk from the beach (short 5 min bike ride). Note: All food served is strictly kosher.

Welcome White Party!

7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire: White Beachy Chic

Join us for a fun evening of food, drinks, and celebration before the big day! Please wear white and embrace breezy, stylish attire — think flowy dresses, linen sets, and relaxed resort vibes. For men, we ask that you opt for pants or jeans (no shorts, please). Shuttles to El Pueblito will start at 6:50 PM. It’s a 5-minute ride from the Fairmont and inside the Mayakoba property. If you miss a shuttle, you can also request a complimentary golf cart from the Fairmont lobby. Please note: All food and drink served is strictly kosher.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm

Attire: Beach formal (ties are optional)

Think elevated and elegant — lightweight suits or dress slacks for men (ties optional), and long dresses for women. Shuttles will leave promptly at 4:00 PM from the Fairmont Mayakoba and will return from Villa La Joya at the end of the evening. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to board. Please note: All food and drink served is strictly kosher.
