The Sedona Airport is located about 3 miles from city center. Due to being a small airport, flights are limited and therefore can be more expensive than it's larger counterpart, Sky Harbor in Phoenix.

Airport Shuttle
The Shuttle runs from Phoenix Sky Harbor to Sedona (and vice versa). The link provided gives information on the scheduled departure times (every hour and a half starting at 6:15am) and arrival times. There is also a list of hotels and resorts that the shuttle can drop off/pick up from directly. As of February 1st, 2018, the fee is $53 each way.
