Krista & Romulo

Our love story began in 2013. We spent six years traveling between San Diego and Orange County, visiting each other. Our relationship is built on our mutual love of family, traveling, and faith in God. 

Six years' worth of memories later, we took a trip to Washington D.C. to celebrate Krista's birthday. That morning Rom took Krista to one of their favorite churches. The plan was to say a birthday prayer and do some site seeing. Rom walked Krista to the front of the altar and said, "I want to take a selfie." They both smiled, and on the iPhone selfie screen, Krista saw some of their siblings, cousins, and friends. They were present to witness Rom's surprise proposal!
