Eastern Market is home to literally hundreds of local vendors. It's a farmer's market on steroids and a MUST if you are around Saturday. Their huge Saturday market is open from 6a-4p, all sheds, YEAR-ROUND!

The Belt Alley

The place where we got engaged! This spot just around the corner from Library Park has a bunch of fun bars and restaurants and is just a great place to hang out. Definitely check out The Skip! With Woodward Ave. close by, there is tons to do in this area. Can't recommend enough!!

Detroit Institute of Arts

Motor City Brewing Works-Canfield

The first time we went to dinner together was this place! Great pizza and just a good time.

Greektown

If you're looking for some of the best Greek food, check out Greektown. Super close to the hotels and The Whiskey Factory.. and of course.. there's also Greektown Casino if you're feeling ~lucky~

Belle Isle Park is a huge island park located in Detroit. The park is home to the Belle Isle Aquarium, Anna Scripps Whitcomb Conservatory, Dossin Great Lakes Museum, Belle Isle Nature Center, the James Scott Memorial Fountain, and more!
