Our love story began in Amherst, back in 2019. Kody was a frequent visitor at Planet Fitness, where Lauryn started to workout every evening after work. Upon first glance Lauryn thought Kody was 30 and Kody thought Lauryn was 21 (since she was working out with her dad). Both parties were immediately smitten and a LOT of flirtatious looks were exchanged in the coming weeks. Finally, Kody made the first move and introduced himself to Lauryn during stretching and the whole age situation was figured out (thank God). From there, they went on a first date to Yard House in Crocker Park and Kody made it official the following week at Don Tequila’s where he put Lauryn to the test with a fake dine-and-dash scenario (be sure to ask us about it). The rest is history! Three years later and we’ve made countless memories with our family, friends and each other. Kody proposed to Lauryn on Nov. 28, 2021 surrounded by their loved ones. It was the easiest YES of Lauryn’s life. We are so excited for our new chapter to begin and can’t wait to share it with all of you, who make it that much more special!
