As two hockey players with many in attendance, we’d recommend checking out the Hockey Hall of Fame. It was high on the list of touristy things to do on Caroline’s first visit to Toronto (hockey tournaments 40 minutes west don’t count).
Take the ferry over to centre island. Walk or bike around the island, have a beaver tail and enjoy the view of the Toronto skyline.
The Exhibition is a Toronto institution. There are shows, a fair and tons of food trucks with eclectic fare.
Designed entirely out of shipping containers, the market is a cultural marketplace featuring a mix of shops, a microbrewery, top chefs, killer city views + lots of ongoing community programming.
There are tons of restaurants and bars on King Street. If you’re looking for nightlife and fun things to do, you’ll find it on King St.
