FLY TO PARIS - (CDG)
The Charles De Gaulle Airport is the main airport for Paris. From this airport you can take a train directly to Rennes, or take an Uber to Montparnasse (roughly 50€) which is the main train station in Paris which may have more frequent train schedules to Rennes.

It is possible to fly from CDG to RNS. The flight is 47minutes.

PARIS TO RENNES (AIRPORT TRAIN)
The TGV is France's intercity high-speed rail service. One option is to take it directly from Paris's Charles De Gaulle Airport. The DIRECT trains travel to Rennes in 2 1/2 hours. We suggest those and there are only 4 direct trains per day to Rennes. If this doesn't work with your schedule we suggest a train from Montparnasse (see next scenario) We suggest you buy your train tickets ahead of time online. PARIS TO RENNES (DOWNTOWN TRAIN)
If the airport schedules don't work for you, it may make more sense to take a train to Rennes leaving out of the downtown main train station called Montparnasse as there are many frequent ones. We suggest you buy your train tickets ahead of time online.
