We love your kids! However, we want the wedding ceremony and reception to be your night off. We recognize that some of you will be traveling with your kids, so please reserve a sitter ahead of time! www.parkcitysitters.com www.mountainsidesitters.com
Park City’s climate is generally moderate and dry during the fall, with temperatures averaging 70 degrees in September. However, mornings can start out with temperatures in the low 40s and as soon as the sun goes down, the temperatures will drop sharply. Packing some warmer layers is encouraged for the evenings. The sun is much stronger at the higher elevation, so make sure to wear lots of sunscreen!
The elevation of Park City is 7,000 feet. It is normal to feel lightheaded, more easily fatigued and a shortness of breath at this elevation. It is crucial to stay hydrated and take it a bit slower on the caffeine and alcohol.
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors so we highly suggest you bring your sunglasses, but our reception will be in a tent!
Cocktail Attire We hope our wedding is a great excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire. Make sure to wear comfortable footwear as the property has some uneven surfaces. Bring a shawl/jacket as it tends to get cool when the sun goes down. Jackets and ties are preferred for the men!
Whether renting a house or staying at a hotel, we highly recommend staying close to Main Street. The town is very walk-able with plenty of shopping, restaurants and easily accessible hikes/trails.
Park City offers a free bus system. You can find the routes and schedules via this website: https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules You can also rent e-bikes. Uber and Lyft are also great options
This is totally up to you. Transportation will be provided from the hotels to the wedding which is roughly 15 mins away from Main Street. The majority of hotels provide shuttle services to and from Salt Lake City airport. However, if you would like to have maximum flexibility during your stay or want to do any individual exploring, we recommend renting a car.
No, there will not be a brunch on Sunday. We hope you are too tired from the dance floor and you get to sleep in or head home!
