"There is no better friend than a sister" And that is why my dear friend is my Maid of Honor! She has stood by my side throughout the years in a way that only a sister can. Sometimes she’s by my side and I don’t even know it. Over the years I have learned the importance of our friendship. We love all the same things including food, shoes, and music. Not to mention this is my "Stylist". Always making sure I'm ready from my make up to the clothes and shoes I wear. We have always been able to count on each other. We have celebrated so many milestones together and I can't wait for many more. We have many fond memories together, and I’m so thankful to have a friend to call my sister like her.

I've known Josh my whole life and we've always been pretty close. He's been the type of Big Brother that has shown me how to be a man. Growing up he was our father figure. He has always shown me tough love and never held back anything. I'll always remember the days i would say "Let me borrow the car or let me hold this until such and such time" and without hesitation he would give it to me. I also remember the days we both didn't have anything and somehow we made something out of nothing. Man without you being the person you was to me, I wouldn't be the person i am today. I appreciate you more than you know!

Rachel is by far one of the most amazing girls I have ever had the pleasure of being extremely close to. Rachel is not only reliable, caring, and funny, but she is also the person that I can go days without talking to and always pick up right where we left off. Jeffrey and I met in middle school punking people out of their footballs and basketballs in PE class. I would have never known we would grow up to be the men we are today. It all started when we would play basketball during the week. On the weekends we always hung out with his mom at the lake or the movies. We have lots of memories and stories to share with our son's.

Jawan and I have a bond that will forever be cherished, especially when I'm looking to shop or take a vacation. She is my ultimate world traveling, wine loving, spontaneous big sister. Jawan is so fun, has a great sense of humor, and a passion for knowledge. She will always be the one to get me revved up about life, religion, and politics. Thank you for being a big sister to me!

Mizzo and I go way back. I remember one time while we was on seventh street, we started competing to see who had the most moves in football or who was the best dancer. I have so many memories and things I can say we did together but the list would go on and on. I remember nights we didn't make it inside until 10:00 am the next morning, long nights, and something's we will just leave in the past. I cherish every moment with you because you'll always listen and provide me with positive feedback. There's not a time when I'm around you and it's not "Good Vibes".

She is also extremely creative, giving, and is always willing to help.

I've never partied with anybody like I do with Mickey! We met in high school. We played football together and I hated blocking him because he would always run out the pocket as if he was Micheal Vick. We later on went to college and became roommates. I'd always wake you up for class and walk with him to class and somehow he'd always be back in the room sleeping. I finally figured it out, he would always leave class and just sleep. I always stole his chips while he was asleep. We later on became best of friends but losing Ivan wasn't the goal. I love you for being the man you are to your family and ivy.

Shauntriese is very sweet, considerate, and welcoming. She has always been there for me through good and bad times. I have loved getting to know her and learning from her. Mark and I met in high school where we played football together. We then ended up going to college together and that's where we became best of friends. Driving from here to Tyler every weekend, we had a lot to talk about. I found out Mark was one of the funniest people I had ever met. From going out to clubs at night and then class in the morning, we did it. He actually attempted to run track with me in college, practice once and it changed his mind. We struggled together out there and overcame so many obstacles and til this day, I still got you no matter what. Bros for life!

Gloria and I bonded the first day we met. She is more than Lynnell's sister, she's a friend. I knew she would be an amazing sister-n-law to know and turn up with. It's crazy we have only known each other a couple of years, because it feels like a life time.

Uzziah and I met in high school as well but we didn't get a chance to play football together like everyone else. Our friendship started when all of us would link up, party and joke around. I always treated him as a little brother and always told him when he was wrong. Its plenty of stories i can tell but I'll leave that for another time. lol

Ambriel is the girliest girly girl I have ever met! She is Barbie in the flesh and I enjoy being around this woman so much! Even though she dread lacing me up with her "La'Le Lashes" This is one fashionista who also has a loving, sensitive, warm heart to match. She's amazing inside and out and I am lucky to have her.

Sonny G? Somebody I can always rely on for anything and anytime. I met Le'Ryan playing football in high school. He always had my back if I missed a tackle, which was rare but he was there. That same friendship carried outside of the field. We always talked about what we wanted out of life and what we can do together to change that. Still waiting on them contracts too brother, lol but I love you and thankful that you're one of my friends.

Kenisha and I go way back to the toddler days. We would both spend so much time together at our grandmother house. I remember the days I would attend DJ's with you. I also remember coming over to y'all house and always wanting to take home a purse, earrings, bracelet or etc. We’ve seen each other through many stages and experiences in life and throughout it all, Kenisha has been an amazing cousin.

I would have to say this is my mini me, my shadow. Everywhere I went, Jay was there. Jay was always the brother that I didn't want around me. I didn't like the fact he had to follow me around to do things and hang out with me and my friends. I must admit every time he came around, he was always learning something. Such as football, running track, picking up girls and even dressing a little. He's always been hard headed but you gotta love him. We have so many memories....that I'll keep them to myself!

Corey and I met through Kiara of course. We found out we had a few things in common, which was drinking or watching football while enjoying music at the same time. The one thing I remember him telling me was "I want the best for my sister and I love seeing her smile." From that day on, I made it an obligation to make that happen everyday. Now she's gonna smile forever with my last name. Thanks for all the conversations and pointers on how to make her happy!
