An absolute must-see, with the iconic Big Red Lighthouse located right across the channel. We highly recommend going for the sunset!

Holland State Park   (Ottawa Beach)

A real taste of what it would be like to really visit the Netherlands. Gift shops, Dutch foods, and entertainment aplenty -- for kids and adults!

Nelis' Dutch Village

We definitely recommend a visit here. With an authentic Dutch windmill transported from the Netherlands, this is a beautiful place for pictures and for a relaxing stroll.

Windmill Island Gardens

Enjoy a two-hour cruise around Lake Macatawa and out to Lake Michigan aboard an old-fashioned Victorian-style paddlewheel boat! Complete with the "Captain's Feast," relaxing music, and a cash bar. Departs from Dunton Park.

The Holland Princess

The towering dune east of the Holland State Park is accessible via a boardwalk and stair system. With its apex 157 feet above Lake Michigan, the boardwalk culminates with breathtaking views of Lake Macatawa, marinas, Lake Michigan and Big Red.

Mount Pisgah Dune Boardwalk

Such a beautiful hike over Holland’s sand dunes! It gives you a high vista point for great views over Lake Macatawa. Warning: lots of stairs!

Sanctuary Woods Preserve

Built by the inventor of the calculator as a summer home for his family, this mansion is such a spectacular sight. It also has public hiking trails all over the forested dunes around it.
