What is the shuttle schedule before the ceremony and at the end of the night?

Answer

Pickups will be at House on the Rock Resort (2:50 PM, 3:35 PM) and Spring Valley Inn (2:50 PM). Shuttles will be leaving from the wedding at approximately 11:00 PM to head to both locations. Please contact us if there are any questions!

No, we did not and we checked before booking. We booked the date before bama did. Go Badgers and On Wisconsin!!!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. When choosing shoes, please keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors (weathering permitting) on a grass surface.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a grassy area in front of the venue for cars to park.

Will there be a shuttle?

Answer

We will have a shuttle that will go between two hotels in Spring Green and our venue before and after the ceremony. If you would like to use the shuttle, please stay at one of these hotels.

What is the cell reception like at the venue?

Answer

We have been told cell reception can be spotty as this is a rural area. Please do not rely on cell reception for planning rides home and plan ahead.

Can I use uber or Lyft from the venue?

Answer

Depending on where your hotel is, you may be able to use a ride share service to get to the venue. However, given this is a more rural location, getting a ride share home may be difficult.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

The venue is a historic wooden barn, so no smoking or candles are allowed near the barn. There will be an area people can smoke at, but it will be away from the barn. Please ask where this area is if applicable.

Can I take photos during the wedding?

Answer

You are allowed to take photos, but please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. Please also do not use flash at anytime when taking photographs. We have two professional photographers and using a flash could ruin their photographs.

Is this an open or cash bar?

Answer

We are having an open bar with signature cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic options. This will open right after the ceremony ends.
