NOT MUCH!
COST: The permit cost is $7/person. The cost of the rental boats split between all the people who aren't bringing their own boats comes to $25/person. So please Venmo $7/person if bringing your own boat or $32/person if not (including kids for both of those) to @Katherine-Alton-1 . Thanks! *** We are getting the required people permits, but if you are bringing your own boat, you also need to have an Oregon "waterway access permit." If you don't already have one, you can buy 1 or 2-year permits

Crop tops, suckas! That's right, the wedding theme is pretty much "crop toppin' in Maupin" so here's your chance to strut your stuff! Personally, I plan to crop a long sleeve snap shirt, so I can be both sun-protected and stylin' at the same time. Feel free to copy that brilliant idea. Or wear something else fun if crop tops really just ain't your thang. It's pretty much a safety requirement to dress up though, cuz then we'll all know who's in our group!
WAIVERS
I need to bring them to the rental place Saturday morning for everyone who might be in a rented boat. We'll have a bunch at Oasis Friday evening, so stop by to say hi and sign one!
AND TIMING
MEET at Harpham Flat boat ramp and campground at 9:30 Saturday morning. Try to carpool as much as possible to keep the number of cars we have to shuttle to a minimum (there should be other folks going rafting from wherever you're lodging to carpool with). About 10:00, after unloading gear, one driver from each vehicle will drive down to the takeout at Sandy Beach, and then however many cars as needed will bring the drivers back up to Harpham Flat. We will shoot to put on the water by 11-11:30 to make it to Maupin City Park by 12:30-1 for our lunch stop. AT THE END OF THE DAY we should be back to Maupin by 4 latest hopefully.
The basics
We will be renting as many PFDs as needed with the rental rafts. Please let me know if you are bringing your own PFD(s) and how many if so! Other things to bring: water bottle sunscreen, hat and sun layers good footwear that can get wet and won't fall off easily a small drybag and/or carabiner if you want for your stuff (don't sweat it if you don't have either!)
BRING IT
LUNCH will no longer be provided. We will stop for lunch at 1230-1:00 at Maupin City Park. If you're camping there, you can just run up to your campsite. If you're not camping there, you can either bring your lunch with you on the boats or stash it at somebody's campsite at the park. The little grocery store in Maupin has a deli and chips etc if you need to grab something Saturday morning for lunch.
