We met online in 2002 when I was 16 and he was 19. We dated for 2 years and continued to be friends for the next few years. Eventually life happened and we lost contact. 11 years later he sent me a friend request on Facebook. I pondered if I should add him thinking he hated me and confused why he was trying to add me. The next day I decided to accept his request. As soon as he said "Hello" I knew we had messed up. I knew we had been apart for over a decade when we should of been together that whole time. He felt the same way and made it known. We met in person 10 days later and within an hour or two we were engaged. We joked about getting married the following weekend, but decided to give it a year. So, here we are a year later, more in love than we could have ever imagined and excited for our wedding and our future together!
