We have reserved limited room blocks at Tru By Hilton and SpringHill Suites. Click the "Hotel & Travel" section to book with our URL links. If the blocks fill up, don't worry! There are many other hotel options available in the Leesburg area and nearby Dulles airport.

Answer

We will provide shuttle buses to transport guests from our hotel blocks at Tru By Hilton and SpringHill Suites to the venue and back on Sunday. You do NOT need to be a guest at the hotels to ride the shuttle. For any guests who are driving, there is a free parking lot at the venue.

Answer

No, please do not do that. The venue is a private farm in a rural area. Uber and Lyft vehicles are not permitted to travel to it. We recommend RSVP'ing yes to the shuttle bus, or arranging to carpool with other guests who are driving.

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. Suit or blazer with dress pants & shoes for men. Knee-length or midi-length cocktail dress, a nice jumpsuit, or dressy separates for women.

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, and the reception will be inside a climate-controlled barn. If it rains, the ceremony will be relocated to a covered patio. Late autumn in northern Virginia is quite variable, up to 80° the afternoon and 50° in the evening. Check the forecast before traveling and dress accordingly.

We kindly ask that all electronic devices be put away for the duration of the ceremony. We have a wonderful professional photographer who will capturing those special moments, and we will share photos with everyone after the wedding.

Our wedding will be an adults-only event. Due to capacity limits, only the names listed on your invitation may attend.
