After her wordsmithing created a convincing CV to Tony and Tina-North Parks premier real estate agents, Katie found her perfect condo. On Kimball Ave, across from a CPS school and the perfect balance of "shabby-chic" ;). Once described as "Good!" by her niece, Katies condo still requires warming by her loved ones, through partying, a white elephant gift (i.e., something you have, don't use, but is not junk) and a housewarming donation-if you so please! not required but always appreciated, homeownership is hard :( !
