Charlottesville–Albemarle Airport (CHO)

For our out-of-town guests who will be flying in, the best option is the Charlottesville Airport. It is a super small airport, so it is quick and easy to fly in and out of.

Transportation Information

Transportation will be provided from The Omni Hotel and the Holiday Inn Charlottesville-Monticello, leaving promptly at 3:45. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you can still meet the bus at either location for a ride to the event, but please keep in mind that it will leave at 3:45 and will not be able to wait. If you prefer to drive to the ceremony there is plenty of parking. As a reminder, Ubers can be hard to get in Greenwood so if you prefer not to take the buses, please arrange an Uber or taxi beforehand.

The Omni is adjacent to the Historic Charlottesville Downtown Mall - which has plenty of shopping and eating options. Our Welcome Party (at The Space Downtown) is a quick 0.1 mile walk from this hotel. Use the link below to book in our room block! Boar's Head offers a fantastic Spa and Golf course as well as beautiful and relaxing rooms. It is about a 15 minute drive from our welcome party (at The Space Downtown) and about 18 minutes from the Ceremony and Reception.
