Todd surprised me by asking me to marry him last Memorial Day. He planted grass on the trail behind our cabin. As we walked up the trail I came around the bend and I saw this.

I knew I was falling in love with Todd as I watched his interaction with Hope. His gentleness and great kindness melted my heart.

Years ago I told Todd that I didn't want a diamond as an engagement ring, so when he presented this beautiful sapphire it meant so much that he remembered and knows me so well.

Todd and I have loved the time we have spent together and we look forward to all the times to come.
