Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire!

Question

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), followed by a reception indoors, so choose your footwear accordingly!

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held on the lawn, overlooking the bay at the Wylder Hotel, followed immediately by an indoor reception at the same location.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we can’t guarantee anything (except some very probable humidity), the temperature generally ranges from around 67°F to 82°F in June.

Question

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you are staying at the Wylder Hotel, you’re already here! If you are staying at the Knapp’s Narrows Marina and Inn, we will be providing a complimentary shuttle to and from the venue for you (about a 5 minute drive). The shuttle will be running in continuous loops every 15 minutes (approx.) to take you to the venue beginning at 3:45PM on Saturday. As a note, the ceremony begins at 4:30. Early departure back to the hotel begins at 9:00PM. Final return trips will happen at 10:00PM. Ample parking is available at all locations.

Answer

We know so many of our guests will be traveling to celebrate, and so we encourage you to visit our travel page on this website for more information to help make your trip as easy as possible.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any food allergies or restrictions that you would need us to be aware of. If you have any very specific concerns, you can also let us know directly as soon as possible.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

We invite guests to walk over to the patio to join a cocktail hour for drinks and hors d'oeuvres, followed by dinner, dessert, and dancing at the indoor reception in the adjacent banquet hall.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space constraints at our venue, we are regrettably unable to accommodate additional guests not already listed on invitations. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we adore your little ones, we are not able to accommodate children over 12 months at our wedding reception.
