Meryl and Amber have been best friends since freshman year of high school, where they met first semester in Health. Meryl asked Amber if she could join her for lunch, and they've been friends ever since! Their friendship has seen many Otis Spunkmeyer cookies, No Shave Decembers (followed by our New Year’s Day shave parties), countless froyo outings, and even an epic trip to Lincoln, Nebraska while Meryl was attending UNL.
Pat Beene
Best Man
When Garrett was 16 years old, he met Pat at the Cameron Park Skate Park. Together, they cruised the entire town on their boards, so it was only fitting that Garrett asked Pat to be his best man by surprising him with a personalized custom deck. Ever the big teddy bear, Pat can always be relied on to check in on you. Equally opinionated as he is caring, he won’t hesitate to call things as he sees them.

Jack and Amber met on their first day of college in the Sac State Honors Program. Amber had accidentally arrived an hour early to school/class, so she became the unofficial welcoming party, greeting everyone as they entered class. Since then, they've had countless adventures together, including living together twice and an 8 country European backpacking trip summer 2019.

Garrett met Will in the dorms at The Ranch through their Operating Engineers 3 Construction Inspection apprenticeship bootcamp. The guys bonded instantly, and their relationship has developed into a beautiful bromance featuring jokes, plentiful memes, and deep conversations.
Raya Hazini
Bridesmaid
In August 2019, Amber spontaneously attended a Sacramento Chapter/ American Pilgrims of the Camino event at the Arden-Dimick Library. Shortly after entering the room, she met Raya and their energies immediately connected. Their friendship blossomed throughout a few mural and river walks, but when COVID hit, they were inseparable. They took to the waters of Sacramento on paddle boards, social distancing from the world by spending countless days chatting and paddling for miles.
Jonathan Judd
Groomsman
Garrett and Jonathan met through church when they were 12. They spent hours exploring the Cameron Park Airpark and honing life skills together through Boy Scouts adventures. They’ve maintained their interstate friendship through Tuesday night game nights, catching up in between Call of Duty and Rocket League matches.
