When should I RSVP by?

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love you and your children, we are having an adults-only (yes, a kid-free) wedding to ensure that everyone has a chance to relax, let their hair down, and enjoy themselves. As part of our guest list, you will receive FREE access to the zoo during open hours, so feel free to take the littles to the zoo earlier in the day to wear them out before you return for your night away. Is there a wedding theme?
Answer
The theme for the wedding is teal and sunflowers. We ask that you avoid wearing the wedding colors: white, teal, and sunflower gold. Thank you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress in cocktail attire. We're looking forward to seeing your beautiful souls. Dress to impress! Examples: cocktail dresses, flowy dresses, button-down shirts, sports coat or suit & tie.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited seating, we have a strict guest list and cannot accommodate additional plus ones. We ask that only those explicitly invited on the invitation plan to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive at least 20- 30 minutes early to allow time to find the ceremony site and be seated. Please leave ample time to check-in at the entrance, as you will need to verify that your name is on the guest list in order to gain entry to our venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Absolutely! We recommend staying a hotel in Midtown or downtown, or in an Airbnb in the Midtown, Land Park, or Curtis Park neighborhoods. Please see our Travel & Accommodations page for more details.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
Yes, there is! Of course, your presence is the only gift we need! However, if you desire, you can click on the "Registry" tab within this website to access all of the stores where we are registered. Gifts/cards can also be brought to the wedding. We love you, thank you in advance for your presence.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Parking is free and on-street throughout Land Park. There are handicap parking spots available in the Fairytale Town parking lot if needed.

Can I wander freely around the zoo?
Answer
During the wedding celebration events, the venue would prefer you stick to the designated areas. However, an added perk to being on our guest list is that every guest gets FREE entry to the zoo during the day/park hours. Feel free to go wander to your heart's content, get all the animal pics and selfies out during the day, then go freshen up and get ready to return for our adults-only evening.
