The Miami area is home to hundreds of hotels to fit every budget, many less than 10 miles away from the Ritz Carlton, Key Biscayne. Do let us know if you have any trouble. 

A quick search on Booking.com (search Miami for location) will provide you with an abundance of non Ritz Carlton properties nearby, such as Hilton, Marriott, etc.
