Jothselyn is my built in best friend. The best gift my sister has ever given me. She has always been the first person I’ve gone to for any news, advice, or when I need a good smack talking session. It’s been such a beautiful experience watching my niece grow up and watching her love someone as special as her. Marcus and Jothselyn are made for each other. They have accomplished so much as a couple, and I know they’ll accomplish more as Mr and Mrs. I’m beyond grateful to stand by her on such a special day. Welcome to the family, Marcus. Jothselyn, I met you 15 years ago in elementary school. When I switched schools I was nervous being the new kid but you welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like I had known you my whole life. Over the years I’ve watched you go out of your way to make people feel welcomed and apart of the group. I’ve always admired that about you and looked up to you for that. I remember talking as little girls about our dream wedding and now your day is finally here! I am so happy for you and I can’t wait to watch you become a wife! Watching you and Marcus grow into this amazing couple over the years has been one of the best things to witness you guys are perfect for each other and I can just tell that the love you guys share is just so pure. I met Jothselyn in 2015 at our first job, Fuzzys Taco Shop! Jothselyn trained me for the job, first day meeting I never thought she'd be my best friend forever. I've had plenty of favorite moments with Jothselyn over our 8 years of friendship. Working together, traveling, dinner dates and cycling is the best with her! Watching Jothselyn and Marcus' relationship grow over the years has been a blessing. From high school baseball games all the way to wedding panning, I've had the greatest years with Jothselyn and Marcus. I adore the love they've created with each other, including Taz! I couldn't be more honored to stand next to them on their special day! Love you both!

I met Jothselyn my freshman year of high school, I was dating Darren so I felt like part of the group right off the bat, Jothselyn was always one of those crazy loud girls and I was not, after getting to know Jothselyn I quickly knew she wasn’t all crazy and loud she is also caring and loving and brought out the crazy in me, she always looks out for her girls if you one of her close friends you know she has your back no matter what. Joss has always been someone I look up to she’s strong, beautiful and always knows how to bring out the true you, she is always down for a good time, and is someone I can count on to hold my hair back and sit with me in the shower after a night of drinking. Jothselyn is wild but in the best way! She’s a great mama to taz and a great partner to Marcus, being able to watch her and Marcus’s love grow for one another has been so special, the love they have for each other is one of a kind. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you two!

If you were to tell me the girl that shared an Outdoor Ed cabin and gave me a bite of a snickers that she had to sneak in, would be my best friend 10 years later I might actually believe you. I’m thankful for every memory I have shared with Jothselyn. Too many to name, and so many more to come. From all the laughs, to the amazing advice that she gives it would be hard to imagine life without her. Marcus and I met in high school, we instantly became best friends through sports. Even though he was a year older than me and I was a young freshman we clicked instantly! From playing basketball, baseball and working our first job together we have become closer and closer throughout the years. Witnessing the man Marcus has become from our early teen years, to the man he is now has been incredible. Getting to know Marcus and Jothselyn from the very beginning of their relationship and seeing them grow together has been a pleasure, and I couldn’t be happier for them. I can't wait to stand beside my main man on his biggest day!

Our journey as best friends and ultimately brothers began back in elementary school. I knew Marcus as the guy with all the new kicks but I also knew him as the 3rd basemen on the team I hated most in little league baseball, the Red Sox. It wasn’t until about 4th grade where we actually started hanging. From there on it was history. From countless sleepovers to gaming all night long, that bond only grew stronger. Without Marcus I wouldn’t be the person I am today. He helped encourage me to switch schools to play ball together and I’m very thankful for that. I wouldn’t have met all the people and friends I have today. Beyond that it’s been a pleasure growing up with Marcus and I truly can consider him the brother I never had. No matter if shit gets ugly or if it’s been years since I seen him, I know the moment we hang out again, it will be like nothing has ever changed. Congrats my boy ❤️

Marcus and I met in high school while playing sports. We played football together but what drew us close was baseball. As we grew to become closer and closer throughout high school, I knew that I gained a lifelong brother. When Marcus and I started to become closer, we would spend the night at each other’s houses but mostly spent a lot of time at his house, which I got to know his family very well. Once I got to know Frank and Angie, I knew that Marcus was going to be a great friend, man, and now husband. Our fishing trips are some of my favorite memories with Marcus. When Marcus and I didn’t have any worries about adulthood, we would just get our fishing poles and head up to the mountains. I still remember the night when Marcus, Michael, and I went night fishing and witnessed Marcus catching one of the biggest trout we have caught together. Marcus has seen me at my lowest of lows and has seen me at my highest of highs. I couldn’t have asked for better brother to be by my side. I have been lucky to have seen Marcus find his first love and witnessed him and Jothselyn become soul mates. I am so proud of the person/man he has become and excited to see them two grow together as a couple.

Marcus and I became friends in the 5th grade after our 4th grade year of baseball rivalry’s Yankees vs the Red Sox and have been friends/ classmates ever since . Even though you were always a stickler at school and never let me copy your work, we still always had a good time off the clock but when it was time to be focused your determination always kicked in I always looked up to you for that you always had good grades and you continued that to graduate college I’m so proud of you for that ! Keep going brother and everything will be okay you always had good intentions and always see the good in people and that’s why good things keep happening to you thank you for being my classmate, teammate, and friend.

First time I ever met Marcus was on the baseball field when we were 12 and I couldn’t stand him. Every time I played him and the boys, they’d beat me (Except once). When we got to high school I had a spot on varsity and he was on JV, (he was the better baller) So the hatred continued for a bit then sophomore year baseball started and we got to actually know one another. The dude turned into one of my greatest friends. He has had my back ever since. From driving around in the white Honda, to the broncos games in the garage or the stadium, playing ball together & traveling to another country with him & Joss & my fiancé Payton for the first time. We’ve created so many memories as kids and growing adults. Words can’t describe how much I love & appreciate our friendship. We used to talk about standing by one another on our wedding day and it’s pretty WACK that we’re finally doing it. Seeing him & Joss grow and love one another for all these years since high school has been amazing to watch. I’m so excited to continue to be apart of their journey together!

Marcus and I met playing little league football as kids. Hook ‘Em Horns🤘🏼Our parents became good friends and spent a lot of time together, so naturally, we did too. We would spend entire summers just kicking it playing games or being outside finding something fun to do. I would say our entire friendship has been built on our shared love for sports. We’ve lost together, we’ve won together, and hell this dude was even my coach at one point! He is someone I’ve considered as a brother since we basically grew up together. Marcus is a great man and such a joy to be around and spend time with. It truly is an honor for me to be one of his groomsmen and I am so happy he found such a lovely lady to share his life with in Jothselyn. I love you guys and always remember “Goonies Never Say Die”.

Marquee V and I have always been tied together. He’s my two year twin. Our dads were friends in high school and two years after I was born and named Marcus, here he comes. I move schools to start middle school, I see him in the halls two years later. I go to Thornton High School, two years later I see him at summer football practice. I start dating my future wife, guess who shows up in the same family two years later. No matter what I do I can’t get away from this fool! He’s become one of my best bros over the past few years and I’m proud to have such a genuine and loyal homie like him. I’m honored to be apart of this wedding between my niece and one of my best friends. I love y’all. Let the party begin.
