Answer

PICK-UP: 5pm Inn at Bay Harbor, depart 5:05pm. Arrive at Shanahan's barn 5:20pm. PICK-UP: 5:30pm at Hotel Earl, depart 5:35pm, arrive at Shanahan's barn 5:45pm. PICK-UP: 6pm at Hotel Earl, arrive at venue at 6:10pm. Return shuttles begin to Inn @ Bay Harbor and Hotel Earl. 9pm, 10pm, 11pm,11:45pm last shuttle

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is to have both the ceremony and cocktail hour outside, however this is weather permitting. If the weather does not cooperate, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be inside the barn. Please check this website the morning of the wedding for any location changes due to weather.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

The Ceremony will be at Bayfront Park in Petoskey, there will not be transportation provided to the ceremony. For the reception transportation will be provided from Hotel Earl in Charlevoix and The Inn at Bay Harbor.

Yes! There is lots of parking at the reception venue
