What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Palermo Airport (PMO) is the capital of Sicily and the most convenient airport for reaching Mazara del Vallo—about a 1-hour drive. Catania Airport (CTA) is another option, but it’s approximately a 4-hour drive.

How do I get from Palermo to Mazara del Vallo?

Answer

There are no Ubers or taxis in Mazara del Vallo. We’ll share the names of trusted local drivers and transportation companies you can contact directly. Please fill out the flight details form so we can send you the appropriate recommendations. If you’re staying at Almar Giardino di Costanza please use their concierge for all transportation needs—they’re happy to assist with arranging travel.

Can I rent a car?

Answer

Yes! If you’d like more flexibility to explore Sicily at your own pace, we recommend renting a car. Otherwise, private drivers will be available Thursday–Saturday to take guests around Mazara and to some of our favorite spots.

Do I need to stay in Mazara del Vallo?

Yes—we recommend staying in Mazara since that’s where the wedding festivities will take place and where transportation will be arranged.

Will there be other events before or after the wedding?

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Children are welcome to join us if they are included on your invitation. For your convenience, a babysitter will be available on-site at the venue during both the welcome party and on our wedding day. Please check your invite for details, and feel free to reach out with any questions!
