Shuttle

Shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony

May 3, 2026 4:00 pm - 11:30 pm

There will be shuttles starting at 4:00 pm to take you from the hotel to the ceremony. If taking your own transportation, please arrive no later than 4:45 PM to Bear Brook, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. There will be welcome drinks available upon your arrival! The shuttle will bring us back to the hotel following the after party at 11:30pm for those staying locally. There will also be a bus leaving at 10:30 for those who don't wish to stay for the after party. Cheers!
