Jillian and Rene met the old-fashioned way- in a kickball league! Rene, a proud Texan, had relocated to Florida for work and was looking to meet new people, and Jillian had recently moved back to Boca Raton and was hoping to do the same. By fate they ended up on the same kickball team and quickly became friends with their shared sense of humor and need to dish a sarcastic remark. Despite Rene seeing Jillian's competitiveness on the field, their ensuing weekend brunches, South Florida explorations, movie dates and fun times had, brought these two together. They found their best friend in one another and fell in love, blended their dog families, and as they say, the rest is history.
