Do I need to dress up?
Answer
No, just come ready to have a good time! Dress how you will feel comfortable in the weather and outdoors. There will be games played. There will be dancing. There will be messy food. There will also be a lot of photos taken.

Can we bring our dog?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. We want everyone to be able to be stress-free, including our dogs. It's important that Brutus and Tucker are with us to celebrate, as they are unable to join us at the ceremony. Please do not bring your dog.

Can we bring our kids?
Answer
Please do! This is a family event. We can not wait to see everyone. Please know the party is taking place around a cabin with both open spaces, wooden areas, different heights, stairs, and a hog roasting pit.

Can we come on Friday?
Answer
Absolutely! We will be here. Friday night we will be grilling and chilling. Let us know if you will be joining us Friday.

Can we stay on the property?
Answer
Yes! You do not have to get a hotel. You can bring a camper or set up a tent for the weekend. There will be restrooms, showers, and wifi at the cabin. Please let us know your plan. **If you do bring a camper/RV and need a power hook up, please bring a long extension cord. **

Why won't the ceremony be on this day?
Answer
We chose to do a private ceremony in a remote location for the experience and intimacy. We love all of you, and can't wait to celebrate!

What if we get lost on the way there!?
Answer
Keep driving until you get service, pull over, then text or call us. We are happy to help you navigate. It may seem like you are in the middle of nowhere, but you are safe. WV Mountaineers are good people.

What is the plan if it rains?
Answer
We have 3 covered porches and a whole cabin to mingle in. As the event gets closer and we have a better idea of the weather, we may invest in tents too.

What will be the parking situation?
Answer
There will be designated parking areas with signs. Please bring a vehicle that you are comfortable parking in the grass.

What type of beverages will be served?
Answer
We will have water, tea, and other non-alcoholic beverages. We will also have beer, wine, and seltzers. Feel free to bring anything additional to share. **If you plan on drinking, please stay on the property or coordinate a designated driver.**
