We have decided to have a private ceremony in Colorado on September 6th. This will include only our parents. We still want to celebrate with you though! We will be hosting a hog roast celebration at Jessie's family's property in West Virginia. We both value quality time with the people we love. We did not want to pressure anyone to travel across the country or spend a ton of money. We hope you appreciate and understand this decision. We look forward to seeing you soon!

We have chosen to celebrate at Jessie's family's property in West Virginia because it is one of our favorite places. Many of Jessie's best memories have been created here. This property is maintained by her father Jim, her Aunt Janie, and Uncle Joe. It is nearly 200 acres. It has a man-made pond, many trails, two gardens, a creek, and the start of a lavender meadow. The cabin was built by Jessie's Grandpa Ken, her father, and her uncle in the mid 90s. Traditionally, October is the best month to be here. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

In the past few years, celebrations have been very restricted. We all have not been able to spend as much time with our family and friends as we hoped. This party is not only a celebration of our love but all of you. There have been so many things to celebrate since the last time we saw you- from graduations to babies, to birthdays, promotions to proposals and marriages, to buying homes, moving, going on adventures, and many more life events.
