This love story started just like any other modern romance, through a dating app. In the summer of 2019, we met on Hinge and immediately knew our weird humor and witty banter was a match. For our first date, we went to a rooftop bar in Adams Morgan where we bonded over a mutual love of pointing out cute dogs on the street below. It quickly became clear that our interests and priorities were aligned. And now, what will be nearly six years later, we will get married only a few blocks away from the location of our first date.
