"We met in a place where love is one & now we are one..." I met Reynaldo through a very annoying mutual contact while I was on vacation in Hawaii visiting my cousin, Juan, who is like a brother to me. In case you were wondering, Juan is indeed the very annoying mutual contact.

Our first date was a double date with Juan and his wife, to the theater to watch a horror movie. Our first date alone was lunch at Taco Bell. I gave him a "You Look Pretty" hot sauce packet, and in return he gave me an "Are You Gonna Finish That?" packet.

At a small Christmas party surrounded by friends and family, I was passing out gifts when Reynaldo announced to everyone that he had one last present. He handed me a small white box with the engagement ring inside.
