Christine and Jennifer met online in late 2019. Their first date was at Tonic in Foggy Bottom, sandwiched between one of Jennifer’s grad classes and her plans with friends to go watch the last game of the World Series, (the Nats won, it was worth it). A comedy of rescheduled and Jennifer running-late dates continued into the new year. Thankfully, they managed to keep up with each other and decided just after New Year's 2020 to give the relationship a go. As one of the Pandemic couples to survive, they’ve enjoying finally getting to know each other’s friends and families in person over the past three years. The rest, as they say, is history.
