FAQs

If you have any other questions than what we've listed here, please reach out to us through email/text/or call.
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Business casual but comfortable clothing (No jeans, no white or dark oranges.) The ceremony and reception will also be held outdoors in October when it can get cold later in the evening, you might want to bring a jacket or a wrap.

Question

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception to follow will be outdoors. We intend to hold both in the late afternoon/early evening, but you might want to bring a jacket or a wrap in case it gets a little chilly.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

While gifts are absolutely not required or expected, if you feel like getting us one, please see our "Wedding Registry" tab.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Invitations will be sent out in the middle of June, please RSVP by August 20th so we can get an accurate headcount. You can RSVP on the website or by the RSVP card attached to the invitation!

Question

What if I don't officially RSVP?

Answer

Please bring a chair and sandwich as we have to give final head count numbers by August 31st and if we don't have an official RSVP there will not be a table place for you or your guest. Please RSVP by the date!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love to have a giant party, we are limited on our guest count. In order to keep our wedding on track, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to email/text/call us with any questions.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If there are any food allergies or special considerations (vegan/vegetarian, etc., or religious/cultural) please let us know and we will work to accommodate as needed.

Question

Will there be drinks and food at the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We intend to offer appetizers, a full dinner, wedding cake, and desserts! We also intend to have multiple drink options from different soda brands, Texas sweet tea, and water. We will be having an alcohol-free wedding out of respect for our personal wishes along with the reception being on a family-friend's property - we ask all guests to respect this as well.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Of course! If taking pictures during the ceremony, we ask that you please have your phone silenced and as subtle as possible to avoid appearing in the professional photos but otherwise strongly encourage the sharing of memories with others!
