Question
Am I required to stay on the resort for a certain amount of time?
Answer
Yes, you are required to book for a minimum of 3 nights. You can book for more but it has to be for at least 3. If you can only stay for 1 or 2 nights you have the option of sharing a room with someone who will be staying the required 3-night minimum. This way, you have the option of arriving and leaving whenever it fits your schedule while still meeting the booking requirement. Figure out who you would like to share with and reach out to our travel agent Irene to organize it.

Do I need to buy the travel insurance?
Answer
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. While optional, the insurance offers significant benefits: if you choose not to buy it, your full room payment will be due by May 18, 2026. With insurance, your payment will be split, with half due by May 18 and the remaining balance due by July 28, 2026. Additionally, the insurance provides potential refund or credit options if you are unable to attend, offering you greater flexibility and peace of mind. The small investment in travel insurance can save you considerable stress and financial uncertainty.

Will there be airport transportation?
Answer
Airport transportation is available through our travel agent for $85 per person, round trip from PVR airport to the resort. This shuttle service will be automatically added to your room booking. As you plan your travel, please contact our travel agent Irene to arrange shuttle pickup times and confirm your transportation details. Infants under 1 year can sit on an adult's lap at no additional charge. Car seats are available upon request, though please note that a car seat will occupy a seat and be subject to the standard $85 per person rate. If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, simply inform Irene, and she will remove the shuttle charge from your bill. However, we recommend taking advantage of this convenient and discounted travel option.

You will fly into PVR (Puerto Vallarta International Airport) Again, as you book your flights, please notify our travel agent so she can coordinate the pickup shuttle times.

Will I need my passport?
Answer
Yes, you will need your passport for this international trip. Your passport must be valid and cannot expire within 6 months of traveling. Make sure it is up to date

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes, the children included on the RSVP for certain parties are invited. If you do not see your children listed, reach out to us for any further clarification.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
No, you cannot bring additional guests to the actual wedding event, however you are free to travel with whomever you would like. To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included on the guest list to attend the wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!

What is the cancellation policy?
Answer
The cancellation policy depends on if you purchased insurance or not. If you purchased insurance, you may cancel any day up to the day of travel and be eligible for a refund in either a travel credit or your chosen form of payment (depending on which type of insurance policy you purchased). If you did not purchase insurance, you may cancel by June 1st. The initial deposit made to secure the room is non-refundable. Any other payments made to the room beyond the initial deposit is refundable. Please notify us of any cancellations and/or update your RSVP
