Island Metro – Getting Around the Island Island Metro is a FREE deviated fixed-route system that operates within South Padre Island and Port Isabel. It’s an easy and eco-friendly way to get around during your stay! We encourage you to check the route map and bus stop descriptions to plan your rides. The website provides detailed maps of all stops, and you can also download the Island Metro app to track buses in real time. Isla Beach Golf Cart Rental
Isla Beach Rentals – Golf Carts Explore South Padre Island in style with Isla Beach Rentals! They offer golf cart rentals with convenient pickup service, bringing you directly to the rental location for easy access. Their carts feature Bluetooth connectivity and LED lights for a fun and safe ride. Military and veteran discounts are available, making it even easier to enjoy cruising the island. Feldman's Liquor
This shop has everything you need for drinks during your stay, from beer and wine to spirits, cigars, and bar accessories — great for stocking up for beach days or condo gatherings. Friendly, helpful staff are ready to assist you as you browse. It’s a convenient spot to pick up beverages and essentials while you’re on the island. **Please remember, no glass containers on the beach.
F&B
F&B is our favorite spot on the island and our top dinner recommendation. Danielle loves the salt‑crusted snapper, and Jeff swears their filet is the best steak he’s ever had. *Reservations are highly recommended.
Laguna BOB
Formerly Wahoo Saloon, Laguna BOB is the best bar on the island by far! Beautiful sunset views, live music, and fantastic food. Be sure to try Jeff's favorite: Mahi Mahi ceviche.
Cafe On The Beach
Enjoy beachfront dining with ocean views! Fresh seafood, classic favorites, and drinks await in a relaxed, open-air setting. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or sunset cocktails. Danielle loves their malt pancakes or a Cadillac Margarita.
Nautico Island Grill

South Padre Island’s original craft brewery since 1995, brewing its own delicious beers right on the island. It’s a great spot for a laid‑back meal and local flavor. Pair your meal with a cold brew and enjoy the casual island vibe. Danielle loves the Arugula Salad and Pear Gorgonzola flatbread (and their cauliflower crust is amazing if you’re gluten‑free). Jeff’s go‑to order? The Award Winning Pizza with a side of fried pickles and cheese curds.
Yummies Bistro
A must‑visit for great coffee and delicious brunch fare. Their Spanish Macchiato is to die for. On Sundays, don’t miss the amazing barbacoa — and yes, they offer bottomless mimosas to make your brunch extra fun. Perfect for fueling up and relaxing with friends or family while you’re on the island.
Kelly's Irish Pub
A beloved island pub with a laid‑back vibe and classic comfort food — perfect for recovering from a long beach day or enjoying a fun night out. Locals and visitors alike rave about hearty favorites like Irish egg rolls, Reubens, fish & chips, and great pints of beer on tap. Danielle always orders the Irish egg rolls — the bartenders even remember her order when she’s back on the island!

Karen's Custom Toe Rings
A longtime island favorite for custom jewelry and beachy accessories. Danielle has had her toe ring from here for over 15 years — and it’s still in perfect condition! They also offer lovely anklets and other custom pieces, and the team is known for being attentive and friendly. A fun stop if you’re looking for a memorable keepsake or a unique gift.
