Your presence truly is the greatest gift. If you’d like to give something, we’ve put together a registry with a few experiences, which you can find on the Registry page of this website.
We recommend booking at the Sangria condominiums or at Wanna Wanna, and booking early, as our hope is to have Holt Wedding guests filling these properties to help keep everyone together. To reserve a condo at Sangria, please contact Gina Parkhill directly for availability and booking information, or reach out to Wanna Wanna directly for their current availability and booking details.
We adore your kids, but our guest list is based on how each invitation is addressed. If you see “The Smith Family,” that means your whole crew is invited. If your invitation reads “Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” this one’s a grown‑ups‑only night. Thanks for rolling with our plan — we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes, Sangria has a gate code. The code will be shared with guests staying on site prior to the wedding.
Yes. Parking is available near the condos, but we encourage walking or using the free island shuttle when possible (unless you’re staying at the Sangria). Parking inside the gate at Sangria is reserved for guests staying on site.
Yes. If you’re staying at the Sangria, there are bathrooms in each of the condos. For guests who are not staying on-site, there is one public bathroom available near the pool.
After the ceremony, please join us on the lawn at Sangria Condominiums for drinks and a selection of hearty appetizers in lieu of a full, seated dinner. We promise there will be plenty to snack on, but you may want a bigger meal before or after if you’re a big eater.
After the reception, we’ll head to Wanna Wanna Inn Beach Bar & Grill, our favorite oceanside bar, for drinks, music, and more time together. Food and drinks will be available for purchase at the bar, so guests will have individual tabs.
A limited amount of beer and wine will be available during the appetizer reception. There are no alcohol restrictions at the Sangria venue, so if you prefer liquor over beer and wine, you’re welcome to bring your own. Beer and wine will not be provided at any other event, so please plan to bring your own drinks to those events. For all events, please remember that no glass is allowed.
Yes, fully equipped kitchens are available for guests who want to prepare meals.
Yes — your condo should include an initial supply of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, and similar household items.
Unlike a hotel, daily housekeeping and restocking services are not provided. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase additional supplies during your visit.
Yes, there are shared laundry facilities on-site. Quarters and detergent are needed.
Ride shares, rental cars, and traditional taxis are all available from nearby airports. Once you’re on the island, you can use the free shuttles, golf carts, or walking for most wedding‑weekend activities.
Not necessarily. Many restaurants, bars, and activities are clustered within a few miles, and the island offers free shuttles, golf cart rentals, and other fun ways to get around. If you plan to explore beyond the main strip, you may find a car or golf cart especially convenient.
Yes, ride shares and taxis are available across the island.
Limited umbrellas and shade will be available, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like extra comfort.
We recommend bringing your own for comfort, though a limited number of chairs and umbrellas will be available at the Saturday Beach Bash.
Yes! Bring whatever you like for a relaxed day on the sand.
Only if your accommodations allow it. Dogs must be leashed while on the beach and must be cleaned up after.
Yes, but be sure to check signage — some areas are restricted or limited to residents.
Please follow all posted beach rules. No driving on the beach. No glass containers are allowed on the beach. Please remember to leave the beach better than you found it.
Lifeguards are not stationed directly at our beach spot, but Beach Patrol does patrol the island. Please use standard beach safety precautions.
Yes! Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks for a relaxed beach day. The Blue Marlin sells styrofoam coolers and ice. Please no glass containers.
We will bring the speakers. Please be respectful of other beach goers.
