Where will the wedding be (what location)? Where it is?

Answer

Gene and I will be getting married in Louisville, Mississippi. Louisville is north of Jackson and Meridian , Mississippi. ******Please ******* Please use your GPS to locate the address to ceremony site at Lake Tiak Khata (gazebo) and the reception site on Hwy 15S. The two sites are less than 5 miles apart.

Should I RSVP? What is RSVP? Is there a RSVP deadline? Why is it important to RSVP? What happens if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

YES!!! PLEASE RSVP!!!! RSVP means répondez s’il vous plaît = PLEASE RESPOND Please RSVP on or before August 15, 2019, What is the cutoff time? 11:59pm. Why RSVP? When you RSVP by the requested time it helps your host/hostess, me, Gene and Team Bride, determine seating, plating, silverware and menu items. It is most helpful and most considerate to your host/hostess to RSVP by the deadline. This will help us to try and provide our guest a most pleasurable experience. So please help us provide the best time ever for you, our honored guest by RSVPing on or before the deadline. If you don’t respond by the deadline, I will take it as a No. No, I’m sorry I will not be attending. Thank you for reading.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, High Tea Party Attire, Dressy to semi-Formal to Formal. Hats and fascinators are WELCOME It’s a summer wedding Tea Party, please dress up, feel pretty and handsome. No casual attire.

Can I bring a friend?

Answer

While we would love to invite everyone, we just can’t. So, please, before you bring a friend, please consult the hostess first. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at the ceremony site will be very, very limited. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE AREA WHERE THE GAZEBO IS THIS VERY SMALL AREA WILL BE RESERVE FOR WEDDING PARTY AND OLDER FAMILY MEMBERS. We strongly suggest that you carpool if possible. It seems that you will be able to park on the road near the gazebo Or park across the street from the gazebo in the hotel/motel area. Sorry, for the inconvenience. You can also drop off your passenger and then park in the suggested area. If you arrive early enough, we will try to have shuttling of some sort available. There will be plenty of parking for the reception at Winston County Shrine Club. Thank you

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

If you are ready early enough between 430-515pm and you have rooming accommodations at Lake Tiak Khata, please supply us with your room number before 300pm on August 31, 2019 and we will try to have a shuttle of sorts for you to the ceremony site. A contact number will be made available here after August 15, 2019. Thank you

Can I help in anyway?

Yes!!! Of course!😂🥰 If you wish to help with decorating, food setup, cleanup or just hang out with the happy couple, family and friends, we will be at the reception site (Winston County Shrine Club 3305 Hwy 15 S, Louisville,Ms) on Friday evening 7-10pm. Or, stay longer on Saturday night and assist with the takedown and clean up. No obligation, but if you want to have fun and add to the festive spirit, please by all means join us. We won’t forget the love you show in helping to make the load lighter. Thank you in advance. 💕💕💕🎉🎉🍾🎉🎈🎈

What about seating at the Ceremony?

The seating at the ceremony site is limited. Only about 75 seats. While everyone of our guest are HONORED guests, we are requesting that these seats be lovingly offered first to family and out of town guests. Particularly, the seats inside the gazebo will Be reserved for the Bridal Party and Family. Thank you in advance for the love you show to visitors. 💕💕💕

Is the Kingdom near and what time is the meeting?
